My name is Sergio Palomeque; I am a lecturer and researcher at the Institute of Economics in the Economics Department of FCEA-UdelaR, where I got my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics. I am currently a PhD student at FCE-UBA. I am co-coordinator of the Regional Studies Association Research Network on Knowledge, Innovation and Regional Development in South America (KIRDSA)
