My name is Sergio Palomeque; I have a PhD in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (FCE-UBA), I am Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Sciences of the School of Economics and Management - University of the Republic (FCEA-UdelaR) and co-coordinator of the Regional Studies Association Research Network on Knowledge, Innovation and Regional Development in South America (KIRDSA).
